Laramie County School District Number One
11/26/2007
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in regards to the performance and workmanship of Picture Perfect Playgrounds. I have been the Integrated Trades Supervisor for Laramie County School District #1 for a period of 11 years. One of my greatest challenges is overseeing the installation and maintenance of 26 elementary playgrounds. At this point in time, I am overseeing the installation of $350,000.00 of new playground equipment that is being installed by Picture Perfect Playgrounds at six of our sites. During my 11 years with the district, I have been involved with numerous playground equipment installers. With my past experience, I have never been so impressed with an installer as I am with Picture Perfect Playgrounds. Curtis Stoddard is a perfectionist that is committed to installing playground equipment in accordance with all codes and standards. His knowledge, experience and expertise place him far above any other company I have ever dealt with. Curtis makes sure his sites are secured with a safety fence prior to starting work. He makes sure that he meets with not only the person overseeing the project but also with the principals prior tothe installation process. His professionalism is shown by the workmanship of his crew.
In the past, I have had to baby-sit contractors that were installing equipment. This is not the case with Curtis and his crew. Following the initial meeting on a specific site, all I had to do was my daily documentation. The crew from Picture Perfect Playgrounds works diligently to accomplish their work. Their work sites are always clean, organized and safety oriented. Curtis and the crew from Picture Perfect Playgrounds are by far one of the most professional, courteous, hard working companies I have ever been involved with. In the future, Picture Perfect Playgrounds will be my first contact when I need to install playground equipment.
If you need any further information regarding the work of Picture Perfect Playgrounds, fell free to contact me.

To Whom It May Concern:
I just wanted to let you know that the construction for the playground
went great! Curtis and Nicole from Picture Perfect Playgrounds were terrific
to work with. Nicole coordinated the delivery with the trucking company
and Curtis was an effective and energetic leader. He helped us know what
we needed to do to prepare for the build and during the build everyone
enjoyed working with him and was glad to have his experience and expertise!
Our neighborhood volunteers worked hard and new friendships were formed.
I would highly recommend a community build with this company to others.

UTAH Recreation & Parks Association
To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure this letter of recommendation on behalf of Picture
Perfect Playgrounds and Mr. Curtis Stoddard. This year, as part of the
Utah Recreation and Parks Association's (URPA) Annual Fall Grounds Maintenance
School, Mr. Stoddard was asked to present an educational session on Playground
Retrofitting. Curtis brought with him not only his vast experience and
knowledge pertaining to playground environments, but an array of excellent
examples that our attendees could relate to. His session was well received
and was given high marks in the evaluations that were completed. Mr Stoddard
exhibited the ability to teach and to talk on a level that our parks and
grounds personnel could apply to their individualized situations.
As a planning committee member, I would not hesitate in asking Curtis
Stoddard back to teach additional educational sessions in the future.
URPA is confident in his teaching abilities and values the wealth of knowledge
that years of experience has provided him.
Respectfully,
L. Steven Carpenter, CPRP
